The Mangrove Hotel is a dual facility which also serves as a Hospitality and Culinary Institute. Students are offered hands-on experience that teaches them the qualities to become successful in the industry of service. This emphasis on hospitality is due to the Virgin Islands’ relationship with the tourism industry.
Essentially 80% of our economy is based on tourism. As a result, customer service is pivotal to our continued growth.
